Description
The Super Sapphire Polishing Hone is an ultra-fine sharpening accessory designed for use with the Lansky® Sharpening System. It is intended for the final stage of blade finishing, delivering a high-quality, factory-style edge polish after a knife has already been sharpened.
With a 2000 grit ceramic surface, this hone refines and smooths the cutting edge to a near-mirror finish. It does not remove significant material but instead enhances sharpness, reduces micro-burrs, and improves cutting performance and edge feel.
It features an ergonomic plastic housing for comfortable handling during use, along with a brass threaded insert that securely attaches to the Lansky thumb screw system for stable, controlled-angle sharpening.
