The Diamond/Ceramic 4-Rod TurnBox Crock Stick® Knife Sharpener is a compact, stable sharpening system designed for consistent edge maintenance in both kitchen and outdoor environments. It combines diamond and ceramic sharpening rods in a simple wooden turnbox design that is easy to store, transport, and use.
The system includes four 5-inch rods:
- Two medium diamond rods (400 grit) for fast sharpening and edge restoration
- Two fine ceramic rods (1000 grit) for polishing and refining the blade edge
The hardwood turnbox base provides stability during use and also serves as storage for the rods when not in use. It supports two preset sharpening angles:
- 20° angle for very sharp edges used in slicing, filleting, and precision cutting
- 25° angle for more durable edges used in hunting, camping, utility, and chef’s knives
