Description
The Quick Edge® Knife Sharpener is a compact, easy-to-use sharpening tool designed for fast edge restoration on kitchen, work, and outdoor knives. It uses a replaceable carbide pull-through sharpening element to quickly re-establish a cutting edge, typically in under 10 passes depending on blade condition and steel type.
The molded ergonomic housing provides a comfortable, secure grip, while the built-in finger guard and thumb rest improve safety and control during use. Designed for both right- and left-handed users, it offers simple, ambidextrous operation. Pre-set sharpening angles (22.5° per side for a 45° inclusive edge) ensure consistent results without manual adjustment.
For best performance and safety, light pressure is recommended to avoid damaging either the blade or the sharpener.
